Blas Palacios, Jr., of Hondo, age 49, passed away on June 25, 2019 in San Antonio, Texas. Blas was born in Hondo, Texas on April 8, 1970 to Blas Palacios Sr. and Felipa Garza Palacios.
Blas is preceded in death by his parents.
Blas is survived by his loving wife: Melinda Palacios; son: Jacob Palacios (Sabrina); daughter: Naomi Palacios; sisters: Cristella Varela and Belia Ozuna; mother-in-law: Yolanda Garcia; brothers-in-law: Rudy Garcia, Victor Garcia, and Jimmy Garcia (Norma); and sisters-in-law: Crystal Garcia (Andre) and Vicky Khamsiry (Johnny), also numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, June 28, 2019 at St. John’s Catholic Church. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at St. John’s Catholic Church. An interment will follow in Hondo Cemetery.
