David M. Trevino, Sr., age 69, of Hondo, Texas, passed away on November 2, 2020 in Hondo, Texas. David was born in Pearsall on February 23, 1951 to Juan and Matiana Melendez Trevino.
David is preceded in death by his wife: Consuelo Trevino; son: Joseph Trevino; and sister: Connie Lopez.
David is survived by his sons: David Trevino, Jr. (Griselda), Toby Trevino, Sr. (Maricela), and Jessie Trevino (Nancy); daughter: Alma Guajardo (Jose); sisters: Maria Garcia (Thomas), Elena Nieto, and Felice Medrano (Camilo); brothers: Robert Trevino (Julia), Trinidad Trevino (Janie), and Alberto Trevino; 12 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 5, 2020, with rosary recited at 11:00 a.m. at Hondo Funeral Home. The funeral mass will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at St. John’s Catholic Church, followed by interment at Hondo Cemetery.
Services are under the direction of Hondo Funeral Home.
