Dora C. Lopez

Dora C. Lopez, age 87, of D’Hanis, Texas, passed away on November 19, 2022, in D’Hanis, Texas. Dora was born in D’Hanis, Texas on December 21, 1934, to Perfecto and Antonia Cortez.

Dora is preceded in death by her sons: Ivan Dale Lopez and Stanley Joe Lopez; parents: Perfecto and Antonia Cortez; and sisters: Vicenta Gallegos and Maria I. Gomez.

Dora is survived by her husband: Armando Lopez; sons: Isaac Lopez (Debbie) and Stacey Allan Lopez; daughters: Ivanna Figueroa Lopez and Savannah Lopez; 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. with a recitation of the rosary beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at Holy Cross Catholic Church. A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at Holy Cross Catholic Church, followed by interment at San Francisco Cemetery.

Services are under the direction of Hondo Funeral Home.
