Elizabeth Luna

Elizabeth Z. Luna was born in Hondo, Texas, on February 20, 1966. Elizabeth was the first born child to the late Guadalupe Torres, and Gerardo Zulaica. She peacefully departed this earthly life on Monday, January 27, 2025, surround by those she loved dearly: her husband and three children.

Elizabeth leaves to cherish her memories: her husband: Pedro S. Luna, Jr.; her children: Priscilla S. Luna, Pedro Luna, III, and Eric J. Luna;  daughter in law: Guillermina Mendoza; son in law: Jose L. Ramos Hinojosa; her most beloved grandchildren: Lexie N. Ramos, Pedro Luna IV., Alejandra L. Ramos, Elizabeth A. Ramos, Shelby I. Luna, Hailey Luna, and Kailey Luna; and brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many other beloved family members.

A visitation will be held at Hondo Funeral Home, on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., followed by Recitation of the Rosary at 10:30 a.m. We will immediately process to St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church for Funeral Mass beginning at 11:30 a.m., followed by interment at Castroville Community Cemetery.
