Everardo Alfonso Guedea

Everardo Alfonso Guedea, age 61, passed away on July 8, 2019 in Laredo, Texas. Alfonso was born in Hondo, Texas on September 26, 1957 to Tiodoro Rudy Guedea and Irma Dolores Barrientes Guedea.

Alfonso is preceded in death by his father: Tiodoro Rudy Guedea; paternal grandparents: Trinidad Guedea and Senona Guedea; maternal grandmother: Candelaria Barrientes; and maternal great-grandparents: Eudilia Barrientes and Alfonso Barrientes.

Alfonso is survived by his mother: Irma Dolores Guedea; aunts: Maria Elva Gonzales and Sophia Dominguez; and numerous cousins.

A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, July 12, 2019 at Hondo Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at St. John’s Catholic Church. An Interment will follow at Hondo Cemetery.
