Gabriel Hernandez, age 60, of Hondo, Texas, passed away on October 29, 2020 in San Antonio, Texas. Gabriel was born in Hamlin, Texas on October 6, 1960 to Lorenzo and Angela Hernandez.
Gabriel is preceded in death by his parents: Lorenzo and Angela S. Hernandez; brothers: Felipe Hernandez, and Eddie Hernandez; and his sister: Clara Perez.
Gabriel is survived by his wife: Maria Hernandez; daughters: Priscilla Hernandez, and Elizabeth Zuniga; godson: Preston Coronado; brothers: Ray Hernandez, and Joe Hernandez; sisters: Beatrice Perez, and Pat Fudge; and numerous nieces/ nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
A visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. followed by recitation of the rosary at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 6, 2020 at Hondo Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, November 6, 2020 at Hondo Funeral Home. An interment will follow at Hondo Cemetery.
Services are under the direction of Hondo Funeral Home.
