Victor is preceded in death by his parents: Sisto and Indocencia Flores Garcia; daughter: Mary Esther Villarreal; brothers: Alfredo Garcia, Ramon Garcia, and Jose Garcia; sisters: Oralia G. Muniz and Margarita G. Garcia; and grandparents: Jose Angel and Arnulfa Garcia, and Miguel and Candelaria Flores.
Victor is survived by his daughter: Belinda G. Ojeda (Tony); brother: Julian Garcia; 4 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Friday, July 24, 2020 at Hondo Funeral Home. A rosary will be recited at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, July 24, 2020.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 24, 2020 at Hondo Funeral Home.
