Victoria “Vicky” Tapia, age 79, of Hondo, Texas, passed away on July 25, 2020 in Hondo, Texas. Victoria was born in Hondo on December 23, 1940 to Maria Gauna and Crispin Jasso, Sr.
Victoria is preceded in death by her husband: Raymundo Tapia; parents: Maria Gauna and Crispin Jasso Sr; and brother: Adolfo Jasso.
Victoria is survived by her son: Michael Tapia, Sr. (Pearl); daughters: Anarae Lopez, and Donna Soliz (Joe Barrios); brother: Crispin Jasso, Jr.; sister: Dora Jasso Rosales; grandchildren: Michael Ray Tapia, Jr., Ryan Ray Soliz, Leanna Rae Taliaferro, Johnny Ray Lopez, Luanna Rae Lopez, and Lexie Rae Galeas; and 7 great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. with rosary recited at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2020 at Hondo Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2020 at Hondo Cemetery.
Services are under the direction of Hondo Funeral Home.
